Your photos
Only upload a photo of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it. Don't upload photos of strangers, celebrities or public figures, anyone under 18, or anything sexual or violent, and don't use the service to impersonate, harass, embarrass or deceive anyone. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
Payments, video credits and refunds
Packs of 1, 3 or 10 videos are one-time purchases; there is no subscription. Each pack gives you that many video credits (one credit makes one video). Credits don't expire and are tied to your private pack link rather than an account, so keep that link. If a generation fails, its credit is returned automatically. If a video finishes but doesn't look like the person in your photo, rate it “Needs work” on its result page and a real person follows up by email. If we can't deliver a video at all, email us for a refund of the unused credits. AI output varies; we can't guarantee every detail of a face, outfit or accessory is perfect in every video.
Your video
You may use your videos for personal and social media posts, as long as you have the rights to the photo you upload and the person shown has agreed. Videos are silent: any music you add is your responsibility, and business accounts should use licensed audio (for example TikTok's Commercial Music Library). Videos are AI-generated: label them as such and don't present them as real footage. We claim no ownership of your videos and don't promise they can be registered or protected as your own copyright. Download your video once it's ready: uploaded photos and generated videos are deleted automatically 30 days after they're made.
